i had to go back to manila on the 25th(that was of course after our family reunion) to pay my rent. but when i got to PJ’s, i was really annoyed to find out that the office was closed for the holiday. i was expecting that the branch manager would be there that day because i could swear i remember her telling me that the office will be open that day. but of course there was nothing else that i could do so i decided to spend the night there and just wait for the next day so i could finally do what i was supposed to do in the first place. but it was really disturbing because i was the only person there on my wing(or maybe the only person on the floor) so i didn’t really find enough courage to sleep even though i have been up for like, 40 hours already (i have heard so much stories about ghosts roaming the building and i just wasn’t in the mood to confirm them.) so,i decided to get up, get dressed, and get drunk as i knew that malate was just a few minutes walk from my place. i went to common ground (the only decent bar i know in malate as i am not a big fan of bars) which was just 2 blocks away. so i was there at the counter all night long until i realized how bored i really was. i went home tipsy and tired and, well…tipsy..when i woke up the next day, the first thing i did was to check if the office was already open so i asked the guard if it was and guess what…the office was still closed for that day…darn!december 26 isn’t even a holiday! i had to think of stuff to do so as not to bore myself to death.. i had to procrastinate… i had to fool myself that i was ok.. so i got dressed and went to rob manila to look for my luck. and then i came across this stall at the 2nd floor of faura wing, just outside marks&spencer. i saw phones and other gadgets designed with something.. being  the gadget geek that i am, i checked the store out. the name of the store was gmask… i suppose it means gadget mask, but i can’t really be sure. what they do is they wrap your electronic friends up to give them a new look, plus it protects your gadgets from the evils of the world..haha..so i decided to have ‘Bugoy’ (my ipod video) wrapped and in no time, voila! Bugoy was so handsome i looked homely! and i really loved how the scratches on Bugoy’s screen ‘miraculously vanished!’ plus, the new feel of the click wheel (did i just rhyme? hehe;p) was so slick i wanted to spin and spin the wheel.. need i say more? i was really happy for Bugoy! now i’m planning to have my v3x masked but i’m still in the process of creating my own design.. just hang on til i "GMASK" my moto…
